Attorney Jean Smiertka Huff works extensively in the area of property tax law. She has served as Special Counsel to many municipalities on tax certiorari and in rem foreclosure litigation and equalization rate proceedings and litigation. She has lectured on the representation of municipalities and school districts in tax certiorari matters.

Attorney David C. Wilkes concentrates his practice on commercial property tax disputeseminent domain, and equalization disputes. He is Vice Chair of the American Bar Association's Property Tax Committee and the author of numerous articles, including Awarding Compensation for Going Concern Value in Eminent Domain Proceedings and is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Task Force on Eminent Domain Reform.

Attorney John Cavallaro is certified by the Westchester Municipal Planning Federation and has worked with many municipalities on land use applications, environmental review and litigation, drafting of municipal contracts, drafting of legislation, eminent domain, and litigation.

Attorney John Loveless focuses his practice on litigation, representing municipalities on a range of commercial, environmental and land use, civil rights defense, construction, employment and negligence actions. He has served as trial counsel to municipalities involved in civil rights actions.

Attorney Thomas McTigue has handled a variety of highly specialized assignments, such as municipal cessation and annexation proceedings, agricultural exemptions and special district assessment issues.
